Chop the beef in to small pieces. Wash and rinse the pumkin leaves and slice them into small pieces.
In a cooking pot, marinate the pieces of beef with all the ingredients (except for the pumpkin leaves) . Put the pot on heat and stir the mixture well. Once the spices have mixed wel, pour 1 cup of water. Cook with lid on.
Once the water has dried out a bit, add the spinach leaves to the mixture and stir it again.
Pour a little bit of water and put the lid on again. Make sure that the heat is set to medium.
Once the gravy has become thicker, put the pot aside. The beef curry with pumpkin leaves is ready to be served.
