Palak, Tomato , Aloo and Onion mixed Curry

    Ingredients

    • 1. 2 large bunches spinach, washed and chopped fine
    • 2. 1 big Aloo - chopped
    • 3. 4 Tomatoes - Chopped
    • 4. 2 - Onion - Chopped
    • 5. Giner, Garlic, Pudina & chilli paste
    • 6. 1 spoon Curry masala powder / Garam masala
    • 7. boiled peas 1 small bowl (optional)

    Directions

    1. Prepare tadka with mustard, cumin seeds, kadi patta and add Giner, Garlic, Pudina, chilli paste, peas
    2. Mix onion, Aloo Tomato and after few minutes add palak to that mixture. Stir and cook for 10 mins
    3. Add 1 spoon of tamarind thick juice, 1 spoon masala, 1.5 spoon chill powder, salt
    4. Cook for 15 mins and serve hot with rotis/rice
