Masala oats/Oats upma

    This breakfast recipe is very simple and healthy. As the ingredients are easily available and you don't have to spend more time also.

    • Mint leaves, garlic, ginger and chilli
    • 1 tomato, 1/2 cucumber - chopped
    • Dhania powder, curry masala, salt
    • 1 bowl oats


    1. Roast the oats without oil in a pan for a minute or two and keep aside.
    2. Take a vessel & add a big glass of water, paste of mint, garlic, ginger, chill, chopped tomato , cucumber , salt, 1/2 spoon dhania powder, 1t spoon masala and boil for 4-5 minutes
    3. Then add that roasted oats and boil it for 4-5 minutes. Serve hothot with tomato ketchup ..
