    • Boneless chicken 150 grams
    • Onion ,chopped 1
    • Chicken stock 2 cups
    • Butter 2 tbsp
    • Salt to taste
    • Cream 4 tbsp
    • White pepper powder to taste
    • Tomatoes, chopped 2
    • Fresh basil leaves 4-5


    1. Heat the pot and add butter.
    2. Add chopped onion and sauté for a little while.
    3. Cut chicken into small pieces, add to the pot and continue to sauté add salt and mix.
    4. Add chopped tomatoes and continue to saute.
    5. Add white pepper powder and mix.
    6. Add 1/2 cup chicken stock. Let it cook.
    7. Once it is cooked keep it aside to cool.
    8. Blend in a mixer to a smooth puree.
    9. Pour the puree into a pan. Add chicken stock to adjust the consistency you require and mix well.
    10. Add fresh cream and stir.
    11. Garnish with basil leaves and serve hot.
