Mix all the dry ingredients together in a large round bowl. Mix a little hot ghee gently into the flour mixture.
Add water and keep kneading the mixture into tight dough. Pull away small chunks of dough and roll them into small balls. Deep fry baatis in ghee on medium heat. Set aside to cools and crush them in blender into a coarse powder.
Heat 1 table spoon ghee in a pan, roast khoya until it turns pink. Add the baati powder to it. Roast the mix for another 2 minutes. Add cardamom, almond and pista to it. Set aside to cool.
Mix in the sugar when it cools down. Make ladoos from this mix or just take it in a bowl and enjoy a sweet treat.
