About this recipe: Mushrooms baked with herbs and lemon juice, this is such a delicious and easy snack to make! Also works great as an appetizer or side dish.

Serves: 2 

  • 2 cups button mushrooms, chopped
  • 1/2 cup herb of choice like coriander or parsley
  • Lemon juice to taste
  • 5 tsp olive oil or enough to coat the mushrooms well
  • Crushed chilli flakes- optional

Prep:5min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:20min 

  1. Mix all the ingredients well. Put in a baking dish. Bake at 220 C for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
