First of all, cut bhindi n potatoes and then fry them in pan.
After frying, put them in bowl.
Now for having tadka, take oil in pan 1-2 tsp. When oil becomes hot, add hing n rai. Then add jeera and sauf. Then add onion n lahsoon. Fry them till they become brown, add red chilli powder and dhaniya powder. Cook till crispy. Add besan.
After half minute, add fried potatoes and bhindi. Then add amchoor and salt according to your taste. Add chopped coriander leaves. Serve.
