Rajasthani Bajra roti

    This roti tastes great with garlic chutney, but if you have a sweet tooth eating this roti with gur (jaggery) is an amazing combo.

    Serves: 2 

    • 1 cup bajra flour
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • Water for kneading
    • 1 teaspoon ghee

    1. 1 Mix salt and bajra flour. Knead the mix for at least 5 minutes. It will make dough soft.
    2. 2 Wet your palm; make roti by pressing a small ball of dough in circular motion from your palm.
    3. 3 Heat tava, cook roti on the both sides. Remove it from heat, put ghee on it. Serve hot with chutney or jaggery.
