The Crispy Recipe of Golden Fried Muttar Paneer


    The months of December and January in India are characterized by the cold winter spell. The winter seasons is also marked by parties and get-togethers that take place in households. Here is a delightful recipe for some hot Muttar Paneer with a twist that will enhance the flavor of your entire cooking.

    • For a large gathering, the following ingredients will be required
    • 16 ounces paneer, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
    • 1 cup vegetable oil2 onions cut in halves
    • 4 cloves garlic, moderately chopped
    • 1 -inch piece ginger, roughly chopped
    • 2 teaspoons of turmeric
    • 2 teaspoons of garam masala
    • 4 (10-ounce) packets of frozen peas
    • 2 teaspoons of tomato puree


    1. The oil needs to be heated in a large frying pan and then the paneeer cubes need to be added. Once the paneer cubes are fried till golden brown, they can be removed. Care should be taken to see that the oil does not splash on you.
    2. Then pour about 4 tablespoons of oil into the pan and put the onion, garlic cloves, and ginger into a mixer, blending it to a pulp. Sprinkle a bit of salt and then fry it gently for about 5 minutes. Stir the garam masala with turmeric and cook on for another two minutes. Once the gravy is in the formation then pour the frozen peas.
    3. Next, comes the tomato puree in the vegetable stock. Dissolve it and then pour it over the contents of the pan. Continue stirring with the heat d turned down to low. Cook for 15 minutes after covering it with foil or a lid. Then do taste to check that the peas are tender. Cook until it’s tender and there you are all set with crispy golden fried mutter paneer that will surely delight all who taste it!
