Keema of choice cooked with mushrooms, mirchi and flavoured with Brit classic 'marmite'. Serve with pasta or mashed potato.
This was delicious! I used low sodium beef stock instead of Oxo cubes, and cornstarch instead of gravy mix to cut down on the salt. Drained the beef and onion, and then used olive oil instead of butter to improve the fat content. I also added chopped green and red peppers. - 03 Mar 2011 (Review from Allrecipes UK | Ireland)

This is full of salt and also yeast. Yeast is a major allergen that many of us do not realise is causing us oral thrush, l thrush, athletes foot etc etc .Plus it contributes to many auto-immune disorders such as arthritis, MS, lupus and other illnesses such as M.E. etc. Eat with caution. I'm sure it tastes good but then so do lots of things that are bad for us!! - 24 Sep 2011 (Review from Allrecipes UK | Ireland)
