Freshly chopped eggplant(baingan) in round shape
100gm Besan flour,1 tspn chilli powder,1tspn haldi powder,1 tspn coriander powder,1tspn ajwain and salt to taste
Take a bowl add besan flour and rest of ingredients and add pinch of baking soda and mix it thoroughly
Heat pan and add oil
Dip the baingan in batter
Gently place them in medium hot oil for frying.
Turn over when one side is cooked partly.
serve the baingan pakoras hot or warm with tamarind chutney or coriander chutney or tomato sauce.
