About this recipe: Healthy and tasty pakoras


  • Freshly chopped eggplant(baingan) in round shape
  • 100gm Besan flour,1 tspn chilli powder,1tspn haldi powder,1 tspn coriander powder,1tspn ajwain and salt to taste
  • Take a bowl add besan flour and rest of ingredients and add pinch of baking soda and mix it thoroughly
  • Heat pan and add oil
  • Dip the baingan in batter
  • Gently place them in medium hot oil for frying.
  • Turn over when one side is cooked partly.
  • serve the baingan pakoras hot or warm with tamarind chutney or coriander chutney or tomato sauce.
