The Easiest Way to Make Chicken Do Pyazza at Home

    The chicken do piazza is one of the sumptuous Indian recipe which is served as curry. Cooked in oil and with the addition of spices this, dish would certainly be a finger licker. So, here’s how you will make this dish in the easiest possible way.

    • • Chicken 500 Grams
    • • Oil 2 tablespoons
    • • Cumin seeds ¼ teaspoons
    • • ½ teaspoon cumin powder
    • • 2 onions
    • • 1 teaspoon garam masala
    • • ½ tea spoon ginger garlic paste
    • • ½ bunch of coriander leaves
    • • 1 teaspoon of lime juice
    • • 1 teaspoon chilli powder
    • • 2-3 green chilli
    • • 1 teaspoon yogurt
    • • ½ teaspoon coriander powder
    • • Salt to taste


    1. First, heat oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds .once the cumin seeds splutter then add sliced onions and salt. Cook the onions until they turn golden in color. Then add turmeric, ginger garlic paste and cook this till raw flavor is gone.
    2. Take yogurt in this, add chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder mix it well and then add this into the onion mixture and add some water, chicken, green chili pieces, mix it well and put the lid on and cook this till chicken is tender.
    3. Heat oil in another pan and add dry red chilli, the onion pieces and red chilli, sauté it and pour this on the top of the chicken and add the garam masala, chopped coriander leaves, lime juice mix it well and turn the flame off.
    4. Your chicken do piazza is ready.
