    • 200gm paneer cut in small pieces
    • 200gm simla mirch chopped
    • 100gm red chilly
    • 200gm onion chopped
    • tomatoes
    • garlic 50 gm
    • salt (your test)
    • 50 gm garam masala
    • oil 300gm
    • 300 gm water
    • 200 gm matar


    1. Make paste of tomatoes and garlic in a mixer
    2. Take oil in a pane.then fry the paneer in it up to it become brownis red.
    3. Take paneer out of the pan remaining the oil in it
    4. In a cooker boil the matar till one whisel.
    5. Now take the paste of tomato and garlic paste and fry it in the pan in which oil is remaining.add chopped Simla Mitch chopped onions and red chilly and fry it for five minutes
    6. Add fried paneer in it ,add salt of your taste and fry it
    7. And water in it a and fry for 5 minutes.
    8. Now surve it with rice.
