I use to think it is extremely difficult make moist, delicious cake without the use of eggs....however having tried my hand at baking for couple of years and with all the experiments in my kitchen I finally made this perfect cake with easy ingredients and easy method of preparation.
the batter consistency has to be thin in eggless cake as this will give you moist , spongy cake.
