About this recipe: Sabudana/Sago vada is a traditional deep fried snack from Maharashtra, India. I happened to taste one of the yummiest and truly authentic sabudana vadas from a restaurant in Chennai. I wanted to replicate the same. Though i wasn't able to achieve the same taste, it was good and loved by everyone at home.
Do not soak the sabudana/sago pearls for more than 5 hrs as it would turn soggy. You can add a pinch of chat masala or dried mango powder as per your liking.
