Healthy and easy Oats (sweet recipe)

    Hello Readers.I am presenting you guys with some delicious and healthy sweet recipe.It contains oats,milk,almonds,banana and honey thus making it rich in nutrients and vitamins.It could be made quickly and can be served as an evening sweet or even as a healthy desert.Do try and help me through reviews.

    • 2 or 3 cups of Oats
    • 1/2 litre milk
    • Almonds
    • Banana slices (Take 2 bananas)
    • Honey
    • Sugar


    1. Take 6 or 7 almonds and soak it in water for 6 hours and peel of the coating.(You can use it without peeling off but the taste may vary)
    2. Mix oats,sliced banana,almonds and honey and add some milk into it (To get a soft texture).You can add sugar as per your taste.
    3. Grind the above mix in a grinder until it gets blended so well.
    4. Boil some milk in a pan and add the above mixture.You must stir it really really well until it gets creamy and thickened.Add some honey,chocolate sauce or almonds for decoration.
    5. serve it hot or cold
