Bread Pakora/Fritters is every ones favorite and if you are in India you can’t stay away from them.Twisting the ingredients a bit, here we would be mixing some Rava/Semolina to Besan/Gram flour to make them crispier. I have added some Hing/Asafoetida to make them digestible as we all know Asafoetida is great for digestion. Also instead of white bread, use whole wheat bread this will make your Bread Fitters healthy. I further made them healthy, changing the cooking technique. If you have a Airfryer you can make these in it but if you don’t, you need not worry. Instead of deep frying the fitters, just cook them greasing some Olive oil on a flat pan the way you make uttapam or dosa. This technique will result healthier oil free fritters.
