Special Lemonade

    You can have this dish along or after heavy meals. It enhances your digestion process as it contains jaljeera , lemon and black salt .

    Ingredients

    • Chilled water - 500 ml
    • Sugar - 2 Tbsp
    • Lemon - 1.5
    • Black Salt - 1/8 tsp
    • Jaljeera Powder - 1/2 tsp
    • Mint leaves - 8 to 10

    Directions

    1. Crush the mint leaves with 20 ml of water in a muddler
    2. In a bowl add crushed mint leaves along with its essence
    3. Add water completely
    4. Add black salt, jaljeera powder and sugar
    5. Give a quick stir
    6. Add lime juice of 1.5 lemon
    7. Stir well until sugar dissolves completely and then have it
