Grilled paneer peri peri including vrat fasting recipe

    A vegetarian snack recipe with peri-peri sauce that you can make in Indian kitchen with simple ingredients.     • Panner / cottage cheese – 200 gram
    • 2 big red dry chilies – seeds or no seeds your choice
    • 4 cloves garlic skip for vrat peparation
    • Salt to taste Sendha namank for vrat peparation
    • Olive oil peanut oil for vrat peparation
    • ½ chopped Red bell pepper
    • Crushed pepper optional
    • Vinegar 1 tbs add ½ tbs extra if you like it tangy alternately use ½ lemon juice
    • Approximately 4 Basal leaves alternately use cilantro /Dania patta
    • ½ tsp Sugar powder to balance all the elements
    • Garnishing -Salad -Salad leaves, Purple cabbage/red cabbage. Skip garnishing Grilled Capsicum Grilled onion

    1. We start with making the peri peri sauce. In a grinding jar blend chilies, capsicum, basal, vinegar, oil, salt, and sugar into a smooth paste. Watch the video for more details
    2. Cut paneer /cottage cheese into large 2X1 inch cubes dip in the peri peri sauce
    3. Drizzle oil on the grill and place the paneer on the grill flip after 3 minutes.
    4. can be cooked in a nonstick pan on a gas stove, hot plate or microwave or oven if the grill is not available.
    5. serve with some fresh salad leaves with some peri peri sauce drizzled over it grill some onion and capsicum to go with it other options are grilled mushroom, boiled potato radish etc
