    Ingredients

    • Chopped vegetables (capcicum, carrot, peas, Potato) -- 1 cup
    • Roasted Vermicelli (Sewai) -- 1 cup
    • Chopped Onion and Tomato -- 2 medium size each
    • Green Chili -- 2 pcs and Ginger -- ½ inch
    • Groundnuts -- ¼ cup
    • Red Chili Powder -- ½ tsp and Garam Masala -- ½ tsp
    • Coriander Powder -- 1 tbsp
    • Cumin Seeds, Mustard Seeds, Chat Masala -- ½ tsp
    • Salt
    • Asafetida (a pinch)
