Rajasthani Bhaang Ke Pakore

    Bhaang is the flavour of Holi. If you can't get enough of it as a drink, here’s a way to eat it too!

    Serves: 4 

    • 1 medium potato (chopped)
    • 1 medium onion (chopped)
    • 2 small brinjal (chopped)
    • 1 cup cauliflower (chopped)
    • 1 cup besan
    • 2 teaspoons red chilli powder
    • Salt to taste
    • 1/4 teaspoon anardana
    • 1 teaspoon bhang seed powder
    • Water for batter
    • Oil for frying

    1. Add dry ingredients to besan, mix well to make a batter. Add all the chopped vegetables to it.
    2. Heat oil in a pan, make small pakora balls from the batter and deep fry it until golden brown. Serving suggestion: Serve hot with green chutney.
