Paneer Tikka

    These paneer tikkas are fantastic for a cocktail party in summer or winter. They look great and taste even better. Kids love them too!

    Serves: 4 

    • 250 grams paneer
    • 1/2 cup hung curd
    • 1/4 cup cream
    • 2 teaspon ajwain (crushed)
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1/4 teaspoon orange food color
    • salt to taste

    1. Cut paneer into medium sized cubes. In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients. Marinate paneer pieces with this mixture for at least two hours.
    2. Heat tandoor, grill or grilling pan. Thread paneer on skewers and grill it. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
