Jam Paratha

    My son likes to eat jam quite a bit. I made this for him one day and he loved it.

    Serves: 2 

    • 1 cups flour
    • 4 tablespoons jam
    • oil for shallow frying
    • Water as needed

    1. Make a chapati like dough by adding water to flour. Roll out small balls.
    2. Make two chapatis. Put 2 tablespoons of jam in the center of one chapati, spread it and make a thin layer of it.
    3. Dab little water on the sides, put the other chapati on it. Secure sides by pressing it.
    4. Brush with oil on both sides. Cook it on a hot tawa. Serve.
