About this recipe:
My son likes to eat jam quite a bit. I made this for him one day and he loved it.
1 cups flour
4 tablespoons jam
oil for shallow frying
Water as needed
- Make a chapati like dough by adding water to flour. Roll out small balls.
- Make two chapatis. Put 2 tablespoons of jam in the center of one chapati, spread it and make a thin layer of it.
- Dab little water on the sides, put the other chapati on it. Secure sides by pressing it.
- Brush with oil on both sides. Cook it on a hot tawa. Serve.
