    About this recipe: Here's a fun Easter biscuit for the children. Great tasting too!

    1. Preheat the oven to 190 C.

    3. In a large bowl, cream together the sugar and butter. Add eggs and beat until smooth. Stir in the flour, baking powder and salt until well blended. Mix in the orange juice and orange zest.

    5. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to a 6mm thickness. Place biscuits onto an unprepared baking tray. Bake in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Decorate with food colors as desired.

    7. Note: If you can get your hands on a biscuit cutter, cut out baby animal shapes in the dough. Bunnies are a traditional symbol for Easter.
