1/2 kg each of potatoes, carrots, peas and french beans
8 cloves of Garlic
1 inch piece of Ginger
3 green chillies
1 cup corriander leaves
2 teaspoons Garam Masala
4 tablespoons Tomato sauce
1 cup Wine (optional)
1 tablespoon Corn flour
2 cups Water
1 1/2 cups Boiled elbow macaroni

Boil all the meat and cut up into cubes. Grind the ginger, garlic, chillies and corriander leaves.
Cut up the potatoes and carrots into cubes and par boil all the vegetables.
Heat oil in a pot and put in the whole spices till they crackle. Add the onions and fry till they turn transparent. Then add the ground masala, garam masala and fry. Put in the meat and the vegetables and mix well. Add the tomato sauce and 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil. You can add the wine now if you like.
Mix the cornflour in a little water and pour into the pot. Lastly add the boiled macroni stir well and serve hot in bowls with some crusty bread.
