Wash the slices of fish. Apply sea salt generously. Sprinkle the chilli powder, tumeric powder and pepper. Squeeze 1/2 a lime juice over it and mix well. Let it marinate for atleast 1/2 an hour.
In a frying pan heat oil. Roll each slice of fish into the semolina so as to coat it completely. Put into the hot oil. When the base turns golden brown flip and cook on the other side till it is cooked through. Serve hot.
