    About this recipe: This soup is full of natural fibre and that helps you stay full for longer, helping you eat less. You can make hundreds of variations of it. I like simple food and haven't seasoned it but feel free to put spices and herbs of your choice. Enjoy!

    Serves: 8 

    • 1 medium cabbage, chopped
    • 1 onion, chopped
    • 3 large carrots, chopped
    • 3 stalks celery, chopped (optional)
    • 3 tomatoes, chopped
    • 450g frozen or fresh french beans
    • 2 sachets onion soup mix, such as Knorr
    • 1.75L water

    Prep:20min  ›  Cook:30min  ›  Ready in:50min 

    1. Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer until the vegetables are tender.
