About this recipe: Mix crab, mango, capsicum and pasta and you've got an easy, breezy, good looking, yummy dish that everyone loves!


Serves: 4 

  • 3 cups uncooked rotini pasta
  • 224 g real or imitation crabmeat, cooked and flaked
  • 1 red capsicum, julienned
  • 1 mango - peeled, seeded and cubed
  • 6 g chopped fresh coriander
  • 1 green chilli, seeded and minced
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 3 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 teaspoonground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Salt to taste

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Place pasta, crabmeat, red capsicum, mango, coriander and chilli in a large bowl and set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime zest, lime juice, olive oil, honey, cumin, ginger and salt. Pour over salad, toss to coat and let sit in refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
