    About this recipe: I've added fruits to this classic Spanish recipe, and it's always a hit. They look so pretty floating in the glass. Perfect for barbecues!

    Serves: 8 

    • 1 orange, sliced
    • 2 limes, sliced
    • 175g fresh pineapple - peeled, cored and chopped
    • 150g cherries, pitted and halved
    • 1 bottle red wine
    • 1L lemonade made with soda

    Prep:10min  ›  Cook:20min  ›  Ready in:30min 

    1. Place the fruit in a punch bowl. (You may want to slightly crush the citrus fruits to get a little more of the flavour into the punch.)
    2. Pour in the bottle of red wine and stir in the lemonade (Pour it in slowly and taste as you go along - you don't want to over-dilute the wine!)
