About this recipe: This is a quick and easy recipe that you can make as an appetizer or main meal when you have limited time!

Makes: 3 

  • 1/2 lb chicken breast (no bones)
  • 1/2 cup yoghurt
  • 5 tsp tandoori masala
  • 1 onion cut lenghtwise
  • 1 inch ginger ( crushed)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 3 Tortilla wraps
  • 1 sprig coriander leaves
  • salt to taste

Prep:5min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Extra time:15min  ›  Ready in:30min 

  1. Cut the chicken in long strips.
  2. Place yoghurt in a small bowl, add tadoori masala, ginger,garlic,red chilli powder and salt.
  3. Add chicken to the above mixture.
  4. Place the entire contents in a pan , place oil in it and cook for 10 miutes until all the yoghurt water evaporates.
  5. Heat both sides of a tortilla in a pan, place the tandoori chicken on it , garnish it with onions, coriander leaves and coriander chutney .
  6. Roll it up into a wrap and serve!


You can make it fat free by not even adding oil to the chicken. If you have time then you can bake the tandoori chicken in the oven for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
