    About this recipe: Use this recipe to make a variety of smoothies with bananas, mangoes, papayas, kiwi fruit - they all are great! Experiment with your favourites!

    Serves: 4 

    • 450g strawberries, top greens removed
    • 1 banana, broken into chunks
    • 2 peaches
    • 225ml orange, peach or mango juice
    • 5 to 8 ice cubes

    1. In a mixie, combine strawberries, banana and peaches. Blend until fruit is puréed. Blend in the juice. Add ice and blend to desired consistency. Pour into glasses and serve.
