Beet Goat Cheese Salad
Traditionally favourite flavours of beet and goat cheese blend well in this healthy and yummy salad. It's great for a romantic dinner or anytime easy entertaining. I used canned beets, cut into rounds and ovals. You may use peeled, boiled beets. I hand shaped goat cheese into 'petals'. The salad is in sitting on top of edible, organic roses. Serve with roasted lamb and asparagus.
