I used edible colours for this raita to celebrate the day at home with friends. Great with a simple dish of chawal. Happy Aug 15!
This is traditional Gujarati snack made out of besan flour. Good diet food and is light to eat. Its healthy as well because it is steamed. Give a try and let me know if you liked it.
This dish can be served as salad and very nutritious as the vegetables are semi cooked in less oil. It takes few minutes to make and serve.
